Rebound Jump Camp - Fredericton, NB

The application period for Soldier On members wishing to participate in the REBOUND JUMP CAMP taking place 20, 27, November, & 4, 11 December is now open. The application deadline is 25 October 2024.

AIM AND SCOPE OF EVENT:
The 4-Week Rebound Jump Camp is designed to help individuals ease back into fitness, build strength, and rediscover the joy of movement in a supportive environment. The use of rebound jump boots absorbs shock and minimizes stress on the knees, hips, and back, making the workouts safe and accessible for all fitness levels. Each class allows participants to progress at their own pace, promoting both physical and mental well-being. Whether returning to exercise or seeking a fresh routine, this program provides a safe, encouraging space to reconnect with fitness, gain confidence, and enjoy taking care of yourself.

The number of Soldier On participants is limited to 20.
